New Customers will be asked to produce conclusive proof of identification when hiring. All customers other than authorised trade and account customers will be required to pay a deposit before any goods can go on hire. New customers will be required to pay a deposit by any method other than cash, i.e. credit card or cheque with guarantee card. Trade accounts may be opened within 10 days of receipt of two satisfactory trade and one bankers reference.
Delivery & Collection
We offer an efficient AM or PM delivery and collection service. Charges are available on application.
Return Dirty (Wash Up) Service
Helps remove the headache at the end of your event. Let us know at the time of booking and we will itemise the charge for you.
Reductions
Will not be accepted 7 days prior to start of hire. Additions - can be made - subject to availability.
Cancellation Charges
Will be charged if a confirmed order is cancelled or substantially changed.
Confirmed Orders Cancelled within 7 days of start of hire 50% of hire charge
Confirmed Orders Cancelled within 2 days of start of hire 100% of hire charge
All hire charges and sales prices are subject to VAT at current rate.
Our stocks, whilst comprehensive, can be exhausted at peak times.
We work strictly on a first come - first served basis - so please book early.
